BlackBerry Unveils Cybersecurity Assistant Driven by Generative AI

Introducing its new Generative AI-powered assistant for Security Operations Center (SOC) teams, BlackBerry Limited (NYSE: BB; TSX: BB) made the announcement today. The enterprise-grade technology supports CISO operations by acting as a SOC analyst and offering Generative AI-based cyberthreat analysis. To improve accuracy and protect user privacy, it makes use of private large language models (LLMs).

Customers of BlackBerry’s Cylance AI will be able to utilize the solution, which reduces research hours into seconds by anticipating consumer demands and proactively providing information instead of forcing users to ask inquiries. Completely integrated into the Cylance Console, it generates an organic workflow as opposed to a clumsy chatbot encounter. Cylance was the first AI cybersecurity solution and the first predictive cybersecurity solution on the market when it launched.
