This can result in the theft of sensitive data, industrial espionage for competitive advantage, or the disruption of access to systems or operational technology. 60% of our members tell us they have at some point been subject to a cyber security incident, almost a third of whom suffered some financial loss or disruption to business as a result. There seems little doubt that many more attacks will have gone undetected.
