Cover Story Magazine is a monthly printed publication targeted at young, hip, upwardly mobile music fans in the Worcester, Massachusetts regional area. The magazine has been in operation for over a decade and reaches 20,000 readers each month. Pam Eberson1 runs Cover Story from a small office off of Institute Road, with her three full-time employees. Eberson recently suffered a targeted cyberattack that left her computer unusable and her files encrypted and unreadable. She had computer security software installed, but it failed to stop the attack.
